Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to the most common questions about pro stock gear.

What is pro stock gear?

Pro stock equipment is gear manufactured for professional hockey teams — same specs as retail but often custom built for the team or player. It's not available in stores and is typically heavier-built and more durable than consumer retail versions.

Where does your inventory come from?

We source directly from professional teams at every level of the game. Each item is verified before it's listed.

Is the gear used or new?

Both. Each product listing clearly states the condition — New, Team Issued (unplayed), or Game Worn. We never mix up conditions and photos reflect the actual item.

How often do you add new inventory?

Stock is added regularly throughout the season as we acquire new lots. Sign up for notifications so you're first to know when new gear drops.

Do you accept offers or negotiate on price?

Prices are set. We price items fairly based on brand, condition, and rarity — there's no markup padding built in.

Can I request specific gear?

You can reach out via the contact page with requests. We can't guarantee availability, but we keep a wishlist and will notify you if something matching your request comes in.

What size is the pro stock gear?

Sizes vary by item and are listed on each product page. Pro stock sizing sometimes differs from retail — we note any known differences in the product description.

Do you offer bundle pricing?

Not currently, but stay tuned — bundle drops are something we're planning for future inventory releases.
