1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or purchasing from Sauce Pro-Stock Hockey, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Products and Listings

All items listed are genuine pro stock equipment sourced from professional hockey organizations. Condition (New, Team Issued, Game Worn) is clearly stated on each listing and reflected in the pricing. We make every effort to accurately represent items through photos and descriptions.

3. Orders and Payment

All sales are final except where an item materially differs from its description. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. Prices are in USD. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion and issue a full refund.

4. Shipping

We ship within the US. Orders are fulfilled within 1–2 business days. Shipping timelines once in transit are subject to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier once a package is in transit with a valid tracking number.

5. Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days if the item significantly differs from its listed description. Items that match their description are final sale. See our Shipping & Returns page for the full policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including product photos, copy, and branding — is owned by Sauce Pro-Stock Hockey or used with permission. You may not reproduce or redistribute any content without written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

Sauce Pro-Stock Hockey is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our site or products. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the order in question.
